Your new independent café, bar and kitchen serves delicious modern British food and drink. We pride ourselves on producing innovative dishes from locally sourced ingredients. Only the best-quality, tastiest food makes its way through our serving hatch.
When we were looking for a home for our new café, we fell in love with the giant atrium in this former NatWest bank building and we knew at once it was an amazing space to bring people together. We set out to create something unique – great food in a setting with a real buzz and plenty to look at. A place for everyone.

We are looking for a fast and energetic full time kitchen assistant for our kitchen at The Atrium Bar and Kitchen in Radcliffe on Trent. Our cafe is a vibrant and busy place where we serve only delicious food made in our kitchens.
The job will involve :
Assisting the kitchen supervisor with organising and running the kitchen
Preparing produce to serve
Keeping the premises clean & tidy, maintaining health & safety standards
Ensuring our speed of service and standards are consistently maintained
We are looking for a kitchen assistant with an eye for quality that can work under pressure. The candidate will have a real interest in food, and with a desire to progress in this wonderful industry. We value all our staff and to be part of this fun team, you will need to be diligent & driven and in return we offer good rates of pay, opportunities to progress and an opportunity for you to have your stamp on our menus, with your ideas.

The successful applicant will have previous experience:
Running a busy kitchen

We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers. This role will suit an experienced Chef de Partie or a good commis chef looking to advance their career.
